These are great shorts for running, I use them once or twice a week to run 3-4 miles each time and I haven't had any problems!The bottom edge flips up some times but that just might be my body shape or something.I wear spandex leggings under these and they go really well.Normally I'm a size M in shorts, but bought a size L of these shorts because of other recommendations, and I recommend doing the same.They fit me perfectly, and my normal size would have definitely been to small.Buy a size up!Product Description
